I purchased the Super Hoop not too long ago and had some issues installing them. The Carr staff was super helpful and helped me get them installed. The super hoops look great on my 96 F-150 and the seem like there going to be a durable, we’ll build addition to my truck.
I can’t say enough good about Carr. I bought a Sprinter Van with a Carr step that wasn’t working. Jeff Carr called me personally to take care of the issue. I sent the step in for repair and it was returned promptly in working order. This is what true customer service looks like!
